Alex Pires
Founder & Managing Director
Alex’s career blends intelligence, strategy, and talent acquisition to deliver meaningful outcomes for technology companies worldwide. He began his career conducting Human Intelligence collection for global strategic operations within the Department of Defense, where he honed the ability to understand people, assess complex situations, and deliver on mission-critical objectives.
Inspired by his government service, Alex transitioned into the private sector, focusing on talent acquisition for the software industry. For more than 20 years, he has worked alongside founders, executives, and talent leaders at startups, growth-stage, and enterprise companies; serving as a strategic advisor and building scalable approaches to help them navigate hiring challenges with confidence.
This journey ultimately led to the creation of ISC Workstream, a model designed to bring clarity, partnership, and predictability to the hiring process.

Sandrina has dedicated her entire career to talent acquisition, joining ISC 17 years ago as an intern and growing into a trusted advisor for clients across industries.
